SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment.
All packages shipped by standard ground courier services.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Shipping charges are set to per item.
Multi-item orders: For orders which are combine shipped, any excess shipping charges will be reimbursed post-delivery.

Flat rate shipping within Canada and the US.
Customer might be requested for extra shipping charges if:

  • Delivery address is outside North America (Canada and the US)
  • Far from shipper’s hub
  • Is at Air Stage Locations
  • Infrequently served by shippers

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information in their system.

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure that you are totally satisfied with our products. We accept returns of products with the original receipt up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Returns must be in original condition or unused before they can be accepted.

Items purchased at one of our Canadian stores can only be returned in-store. For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our Associates process your return quickly.
